Dr Gajdek

Monika Gajdek M.D. F.A.A.P. was born and raised in Poland. She received a tennis scholarship and moved to the USA for undergraduate education. She graduated from Boston University with the highest distinction and obtained her medical degree at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She completed pediatric residency at University of Rochester with specialization in primary care and joined Irondequoit Pediatrics right after. She is a board-certified pediatrician.

She lives in Webster with her husband and three children. Her interests are breastfeeding, early child development and psychology. She says: "Kids, no matter how small, are the most important people in our society. It is amazing to be a part of so many kids' lives and watch them grow but most importantly, to help them achieve their maximum potential by making sure they are as healthy and safe as can be. In the end, they will be soon changing the world we live in!"
