Welcome to Irondequoit Pediatrics
Coming to a doctor’s office can be stressful, but we do our best to put you at ease. Be sure to check in at the window when you come in, and then find a comfortable chair while you wait for your appointment.
We have a spacious waiting room where there’s plenty of room for your child to sit with a book, play with a toy, or watch a variety of saltwater fish in our aquarium — our main attraction with our very own “Nemo,” and lots more tropical fish friends.
You’ll see that our exam rooms are quite attractive. We think your child will enjoy the artwork on the walls. Each room is beautifully illustrated with age-appropriate themes like sports, jungle animals, rainbow, and ocean, a town with vehicles and others. Everyone enjoys the colorful scenes... and for younger children, it’s fun to guess which room they’ll be in. Each room also has a chalkboard for doodling and books to read.

We want you to know that we’re good at staying on schedule, but occasionally there’s an emergency or need for extra time with a patient.
We hope you’ll understand. If you ever need extra time, we will give it to you and your child, too.
Dedicated and Accessible Team
Just a reminder — our doctors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, as well as evening and weekend hours for your convenience.
They are easily accessible for questions, phone calls, and comments. If you need us after hours, call the same office number and our answering service will get a message to us. As always, if it is an emergency, call 911. Then get in touch with us.

Calling all creative kids ...
We’d like to give your kids a way to express themselves creatively, have fun, and at the same time, stay connected with Irondequoit Pediatrics. Here are some age-appropriate activities for them to do. Let them choose one, print and enjoy a rainy day art activity. Encourage them to explore colors and shapes while having fun! When they are finished, send it to us or bring it in the next time you visit. We’d love to see what they’ve accomplished, and we’ll hang their masterpiece in our office “activity gallery” for all to admire. Don’t forget the artist’s signature and a date.
