We would like to remind you that we continue to provide Covid Vaccinations to our patients 12+ AND caretakers.

We are happy to report that we will get a limited supply of Covid Vaccine this week for patients 16 and over. Starting Monday morning 4/12/21, you may call the office to schedule your appointment.

Starting February 15th, patients age 16 and over may qualify for the COVID Vaccine if they have a listed underlying condition.
